In a culture where questions about sexuality, identity, and biblical authority are shaping conversations both inside and outside the church, Christians need more than opinions. We need confidence in God's Word. Join us for this conference with renowned New Testament scholar Dr. Robert A.J. Gagnon, one of the world's leading voices on the biblical theology of human sexuality.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Understanding God’s Design for Human Sexuality
Dr. Robert A.J. Gagnon is the author of The Bible and Homosexual Practice: Texts and Hermeneutics (Nashville: Abingdon Press, 2001); co-author (with Dan O. Via) of Homosexuality and the Bible: Two Views (Minneapolis: Fortress Press, 2003)
Drawing from decades of rigorous scholarship and careful engagement with competing viewpoints, Dr. Gagnon will examine the key biblical texts, explore faithful principles of interpretation, and equip believers to think clearly, speak graciously, and stand firmly on Scripture.
Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, educator, parent, or thoughtful Christian seeking deeper understanding, this conference will strengthen your confidence in the Bible’s teaching while helping you engage today’s cultural questions with both truth and love.

PLENARY SPEAKER
Dr. Robert A.J. Gagnon
New Testament Scholar • Author • Leading Authority on Biblical Theology of Human Sexuality
Holding degrees from Dartmouth College (B.A.), Harvard Divinity School (M.T.S.), and Princeton Theological Seminary (Ph.D.), Dr. Gagnon is an internationally respected New Testament scholar. He is widely recognized for his careful and thoughtful engagement with some of today’s most challenging theological and cultural issues.
Dr. Gagnon is the author of the landmark work The Bible and Homosexual Practice: Texts and Hermeneutics, a comprehensive examination of the biblical texts relating to homosexuality that has become a standard reference for pastors, scholars, and students. He is also the co-author (with Dan O. Via) of Homosexuality and the Bible: Two Views, a volume that models respectful dialogue between differing theological perspectives.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gagnon has taught New Testament and biblical theology at the seminary level, lectured internationally, and served as a visiting scholar at numerous institutions. His work is characterized by rigorous exegesis, careful attention to the historical and literary context of Scripture, and a deep commitment to the authority of God’s Word.
At the Holy Sexuality Conference, Dr. Gagnon will equip attendees to understand the Bible’s teaching on human sexuality, interpret key biblical passages with confidence, and engage today’s cultural conversations with both biblical conviction and Christlike grace.
Sample Teaching: Dr. Gagnon Refutes Progressive Views on Homosexual Practice & Abominations
Progressive Christian influencers share their views on social media, seemingly making compelling, case-closed arguments. Rather than taking these at face value, it’s best to sift through these perspectives, consult scripture, and seek expert interpretations. In this video, Dr. Robert Gagnon debunks claims about “abomination” (Hebrew to’evah) and its connection to homosexual practice, demonstrating that to’evah is a grave moral offense committed against God. He also outlines seven characteristics of the sex laws in Leviticus 18 and 20 that distinguish them as instances of moral (not merely ritual) impurity.
